03Do incoming invoices cost money?

Pricing covers documents sent and received; the exact amounts are in your quote and shown when you sign up.

04Can I deduct the cost?

Sole traders, self-employed professionals and small companies may deduct 120% of the direct costs of e-invoicing software for 2024–2027. The official guidance focuses on subscriptions and does not explicitly cover per-document or one-time fees, so ask your accountant whether our pricing qualifies in your case.
