How it works

How an invoice travels over Peppol.

Peppol is a European network of certified access points. You connect once, and reach every company that is registered — whatever software they use.

The four-corner model

01
Corner 1 — You
You create the invoice in PeppolNavigator, by hand, from Excel or through the API.
02
Corner 2 — Your access point
PeppolNavigator hands the validated UBL to its Peppol access point (Ademico).
03
Corner 3 — Their access point
Your customer’s provider receives the document over the Peppol network.
04
Corner 4 — Your customer
The invoice lands in your customer’s software, structured and ready to book.
