Peppol e-invoicing that a small business can actually use.
Create an invoice in minutes, send it over Peppol and get paid sooner.
Since 1 January 2026 every Belgian VAT-registered business must be able to send and receive structured e-invoices. PeppolNavigator makes that the easy part: a clear invoice editor, automatic delivery and follow-up until the invoice is paid.
The mandate came on top of an already full week.
You need a Peppol connection, but you also still need to make quotes, chase late payments and keep your accountant happy.
One tool from quote to payment.
PeppolNavigator takes care of the format, the network and the follow-up.

Frequently asked questions
01Do I need an accounting package to use PeppolNavigator?
No. PeppolNavigator works on its own: you create, send and receive invoices in the web app. Your accountant can log in too, or receive a quarterly ZIP of your documents.
02What if my customer is not on Peppol?
PeppolNavigator checks the Peppol network for every customer. If the customer is not registered, the invoice is sent by email instead, so you never have to choose a channel yourself.
03Can I import my existing customers and products?
Yes. Customers, products and even invoices can be imported from Excel, with a preview before anything is created.
04How do I register on Peppol?
From the account settings: fill in your company details, upload the KYC documents and choose whether you want to send, receive or both.
